Codes of Conduct

The National Consumer Agency is committed to honesty, integrity and transparency in all its dealings.

In order to comply with the Code of Practice for the Governance of State Bodies, the Chairman of the Board of the National Consumer Agency is obliged to confirm to the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment that a number of control functions are carried out by the NCA.

These include a Code of Business Conduct for Board and Committee Members, and a Code of Conduct setting down the general principles and standards which govern the professional activities and conduct of staff:
